Dear friends and family of Pine Moon Fine Art,
Traveling has a unique way of sparking inspiration. As one immerses in unfamiliar landscapes, cultures, and experiences, a wealth of new sights, sounds, and emotions can ignite the creative spirit. During the month of March, we are proud to feature a joint exhibition by ‘en plein air’ painter Susan Gill Jackson and nature photographer Abby Jensen entitled OPEN ROAD: ARTWORK FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY. We invite you to enjoy their thoughtful and compelling interpretations of scenery from Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, and Colorado. This beautiful collection is a testament that in their travels, the journey became an integral part of their art-making process, infusing each piece with a rich tapestry of memories and inspiration. The opening reception is this Friday, March 1st, 5:00–8:00pm during First Friday Artwalk.
Please also join us for our next Artist Talk on Thursday, March 7th, 5:30–6:30pm. Susie and Abby will talk about their background, process, travels and the making of their joint exhibition.

GOOD NEWS:
All of our talented artists at Pine Moon share in exciting, unique, and divergent interests beyond that of their art. After a 2-year hiatus, Abby hit the show ring with her 6 year old Half-Arabian, home-bred horse JSN Winston Churchill. This new partnership is proving to be a great one, winning a Reserve Championship at the Scottsdale Arabian horse show this February. She and Winston are looking forward to competing at regionals in May and US Nationals in October.
Also in February, Attila Feszt traveled to Puerto Rico to serve as the Vice President of the Bahamian Surfing Association. He is there for a world surfing competition that will determine Olympic status. Good luck team!
